Team Leader – Warehouse Operations

About the role

GXO Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to step up as a Team Leader within our Equipment Management operation at the Morrisons RRU site in Stockton. You will oversee a reverse‑logistics environment focused on recycling and re‑use of equipment, supporting both the customer and distribution activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in a fast‑paced reverse‑logistics operation.
• Coordinate daily tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing of returned products and equipment.
• Support the shift manager in engaging the workforce and adapting to fluctuating inbound workloads.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and quality throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Flexibility with hours and shift patterns.
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory or warehouse role is advantageous.
