Team Manager – Bakery Shift Leader

About the role

As a Team Manager at our Livingston bakery, you will lead a shift‑based team to achieve strong performance across safety, quality and cost KPIs. You will rotate across a three‑shift pattern, covering both night and day shifts, to ensure consistent leadership presence on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of the quality system to eliminate repeat failures and raise overall standards.
• Develop and enhance operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement and manage site‑wide operational improvement plans.
• Lead the team in delivering site targets for safety, quality and cost.
• Promote team engagement and embed the operational strategy in daily activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading shift‑based teams in a manufacturing or food‑production environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and cost performance.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Commitment to meeting site targets and operational goals.
