Team Member – Front of House

About the role
As a Team Member at KFC in Eastleigh you will be the heartbeat of the restaurant, delivering the brand’s famous chicken and a friendly experience to every guest. The role is full‑time, on‑site and offers a fast‑paced environment where you can develop hospitality skills and grow within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the tills and point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Prepare food items, including slicing, dicing and assembling menu products.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams during busy periods.
Required profile
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Strong customer‑service attitude and a positive, team‑oriented mindset.
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
