Team Member – Restaurant Crew

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our Russell Square restaurant on a permanent basis. Both part‑time and full‑time positions are available, offering a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.71.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
• Prepare and assemble fresh Mexican dishes following our #eatfresh standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including dishwashing and kitchen support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
• Cross‑train in customer service and food preparation as needed.

Required profile

• Outgoing, smile‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Eager to learn and develop within a fast‑paced restaurant.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Commitment to high‑quality, fresh ingredients and the #eatfresh motto.
