Team Member – Restaurant (Edinburgh)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our fast‑growing restaurant in Edinburgh. The role can be part‑time or full‑time on a permanent basis, delivering fresh Californian Mexican food to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Prepare and assemble menu items, ensuring high quality and freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and kitchen areas.
• Support fellow crew members during busy periods and assist with stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing and keen to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality (e.g., bar, restaurant, coffee shop) is a plus but not required.
