About the role
The Risk Solutions Tech Accelerate Graduate Program is a 12‑month, two‑rotation scheme for new graduates interested in software engineering. Participants work on big‑data, AI, SRE, DevOps and security projects, gaining exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure while receiving mentorship, performance feedback and formal training.
Key responsibilities
- Write and review specifications and develop system components of simple complexity.
- Implement coding best practices, conduct code reviews and perform bug fixes under senior engineers’ guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support testing using test‑driven development.
Required profile
- Completed or pending a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, graduating between Dec 2026 and May 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript, C#, HTML, XML, SQL.NET.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and test‑driven development.
- Knowledge of data manipulation languages, data modeling principles, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
