Tech, Data & AI Governance Manager

About the role

ARCA Resourcing is partnering with a forward‑thinking enterprise undergoing a major transformation across data, AI and technology governance. The Tech, Data & AI Governance Manager will own the enterprise‑wide governance framework, ensuring data is treated as a strategic asset and AI is deployed responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Data & AI Governance Framework, including policies, standards, controls and operating models.
• Define data ownership, stewardship and metadata management processes such as cataloguing, lineage and classification.
• Establish data quality management frameworks, KPIs and monitoring mechanisms.
• Create AI usage governance, approval processes, ethical oversight and monitoring procedures.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Security, Architecture and Technology teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive adoption through communication, training, stakeholder engagement and change‑management activities.
• Chair governance forums and report progress, risks and adoption metrics to senior leadership.
• Embed governance into enterprise transformation initiatives and delivery pipelines.

Required profile

• Influential leader with strong strategic thinking and delivery focus.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and able to translate strategy into rapid action.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing C‑suite and senior executives.
