Tech Lead - AWS Cloud Migration

About the role

Our client is seeking a Tech Lead to drive an AWS Cloud Migration programme. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on design and refactoring of legacy applications, ensuring a smooth transition to the AWS platform. You will work closely with client teams and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Direct technical design, development and migration of key applications to AWS.
• Ensure architectural decisions align with enterprise standards and cloud strategy.
• Review and assure the quality of code, artefacts and documentation.
• Guide the breakdown and refactoring of legacy technical debt into scalable cloud components.
• Collaborate with client teams, specialists and multiple suppliers across a large‑scale programme.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading application migrations to AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Strong track record of working in complex, multi‑supplier project environments.
• Demonstrated experience designing or overseeing integration‑focused components.
