About the role

We are seeking a Tech Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑growing specialist recruitment business that works exclusively with Tier 1 firms in the quant space. The role focuses on delivering high‑value placements, building strategic relationships and working with a pipeline of hot, ready‑to‑fill positions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage with Tier 1 technology companies in the quant sector.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of high‑value, hot roles.
• Deliver quality conversations and strategic recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate closely with founders and senior team members to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in tech recruitment (any vertical).
• Strong attitude, clear potential and a desire to succeed in a high‑earning environment.
• Ability to work strategically rather than relying on cold‑calling.
• Motivation to join immediately and contribute to a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Base salary £30,000‑£32,000 plus up to 40 % commission.
