Technical Account Manager – Commercial Portfolio

About the role
We are seeking an experienced technical leader to own and grow commercial property accounts for a leading building‑services specialist in Central London. The role blends senior client partnership, engineering oversight and commercial development while offering hybrid working flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for landlord asset managers, managing agents and C‑suite tenant representatives.
- Lead monthly and quarterly account reviews, reporting on SLA/KPI performance, statutory compliance, energy insights and operational milestones.
- Act as senior technical authority for on‑site teams covering HV/LV power distribution, critical HVAC networks, centralized chillers, steam/gas plant and smart BMS systems.
- Champion “showroom‑standard” plant rooms and workshops, ensuring immaculate, client‑ready environments.
- Oversee technical incident escalation, execute rapid recovery procedures and deliver root‑cause analyses.
- Identify asset deficiencies, lifecycle risks and decarbonisation opportunities; prepare technical specifications and commercial proposals for upgrades.
Required profile
- Proven track record in building‑services or MEP management within high‑profile commercial properties.
- Strong client‑facing and stakeholder‑management skills at senior executive level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary on‑site teams and drive commercial growth.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities to translate complex technical data for non‑technical audiences.
