Technical Account Manager – Energy Solutions

About the role

UPERGY is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join its ADM Department at the Solihull site. Reporting to the ADM Director, you will act as the bridge between sales and engineering, ensuring proposals are technically sound, competitive, and aligned with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Produce cost estimates and develop detailed technical proposals for energy storage and power solutions.
• Define technical specifications for the engineering team and oversee their implementation.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients during pre‑sales and, when required, project execution.
• Monitor market trends and conduct technological watch related to assigned applications.

Required profile

• Higher education diploma (Bac +2) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in a similar technical account or pre‑sales role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
• C1 level proficiency in English and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics.
