Technical Account Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to own a high‑profile customer relationship and drive the adoption of a sophisticated localisation solution for one of our largest enterprise clients. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility to work both from the St Albans office and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the adoption, expansion and long‑term success of the localisation platform within a major enterprise account.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise product utilisation and demonstrate value.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities across teams, regions and business units.
• Translate customer objectives into actionable plans and support cross‑functional implementation.
• Act as the trusted technical expert for the client, providing guidance and best‑practice recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management with strong enterprise relationship skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to influence customer decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
