Technical Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager with a strong mechanical engineering background to join our multinational operation. The role is hybrid, based near Coventry, and involves face‑to‑face engagement with key industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with 15‑20 key OEM and end‑user accounts.
• Conduct scheduled technical meetings and respond to ad‑hoc enquiries.
• Provide on‑site training, technical support, and expert advice.
• Address quality issues and deliver technical solutions to engineering problems.
• Plan and execute approximately 20 client visits per month.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service, maintenance, technical support, applications or sales engineering.
• Hands‑on mechanical engineering background, preferably in heavy industrial engineering.
• Willingness to travel within the Midlands region for client visits.
• Strong communication skills for delivering training and technical presentations.
