About the role

Join a global leader in smart home and connected devices as a Technical Account Manager. You will receive comprehensive training, including optional travel to the company’s headquarters in Austria, and work alongside experienced engineers to become a smart‑home expert.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Technical Support Manager to resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide remote assistance to electrical engineers during smart‑home system installations.
• Handle approximately 40 support tickets per day, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Participate in regular training sessions to deepen product knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong interest in technology or engineering.
• Clear and effective telephone communication skills.
• Motivated, driven, and eager to develop a career in technical support.

Required skills

• Technical support experience or aptitude.
• Knowledge of IoT and smart‑home technologies.
• Familiarity with connected devices.
