Technical Architect

About the role

Our clients are looking for Technical Architects to join their team. As a Technical Architect you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology, designing and delivering robust solutions based on complex business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and design technical solutions for a Complex Systems Integration programme built on Service‑Oriented Architecture.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution designs and formal architecture blueprints.
• Integrate bespoke enterprise systems with commercial off‑the‑shelf products hosted on AWS hybrid‑cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary engineering and delivery teams to guide implementation against the technical vision.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate trade‑offs, mitigate architectural risks, and align solutions with commercial goals.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in modern tools, platforms, and software architecture methodologies.
• Proven track record of creating formal solution design documentation.
• Commercial awareness with ability to translate business needs into technical strategies.
• Clear, confident communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Service‑Oriented Architecture, microservices, and API integrations.
• Hands‑on knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and hybrid‑cloud deployments.
