Technical Author

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Author to join the global Product team at Trustonic. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the documentation that underpins our Telecoms SaaS Platform, ensuring that customers, partners and internal teams have accurate, up‑to‑date information from day one of a product release.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver technical documentation using a Docs‑as‑Code approach.
• Migrate legacy and existing content into a structured Markdown knowledge base.
• Create clear, accurate documentation to fill gaps identified across the product lifecycle.
• Synchronise documentation delivery with platform feature releases, keeping a single source of truth.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Support, Delivery and Commercial teams to keep content scalable and maintainable.
• Enable AI‑driven querying and multi‑format outputs for both customer‑facing and internal use.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical authoring or documentation for software products.
• Comfort working in cross‑functional, fast‑moving global teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly content.
