Technical Business Analyst

About the role

Our client, a leading financial services business, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their growing team on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will work closely with multiple departments to translate business needs into clear technical artefacts and support the delivery of robust solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review user stories and create actionable technical design documents for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to convert business requirements into technical artefacts.
• Produce project documentation such as roadmaps, plans, technical designs and test scripts.
• Assist in developing test plans and test cases to ensure user‑acceptance criteria are met.
• Support the design of solutions that meet functional and non‑functional requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
• Experience working in Agile, Kanban or Waterfall environments.
