Technical Change & Delivery Manager

About the role

Sagacity is scaling rapidly and needs a Technical Change & Delivery Manager to own and improve its change control, defect resolution and compliance processes across client solutions. You will work closely with senior IT leaders to shape governance, deliver internal projects and ensure smooth, auditable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Change Control Notice (CCN) process, from design and estimation through development, testing and deployment.
• Manage defect resolution, coordinating triage, prioritisation, routing and root‑cause fixing within SLA.
• Support ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus compliance, tracking remediation actions and providing audit‑ready evidence.
• Lead internal IT projects – tooling rollouts, security programmes and migrations – from initiation to closure.
• Run delivery cadences, unblock issues, protect team focus and maintain a clear backlog.
• Forecast demand, balance resources across change, defect and compliance work and report status, risks and issues weekly.

Required profile

• 5+ years in project or delivery management, preferably in consultancy, data or technology services.
• Proven ownership of change control or similar governance processes in a technical environment.
• Service‑management background (ITIL or equivalent) and experience with internal transformation projects.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials or SOC 2 standards.
• Strong governance, risk management and resource‑planning skills with the ability to influence without authority.
