Technical Design & Projects Coordinator (MEP / Building Services)

About the role

The role sits at the technical hub of a growing specialist supplier to the M&E sector. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will translate sales enquiries into detailed, manufacturable designs and ensure smooth project delivery from concept to installation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and amend technical drawings using CAD software.
• Interpret customer sketches, specifications and requirements.
• Support the sales team with technical input on engineering enquiries.
• Coordinate external CAD providers and fabrication partners.
• Review and approve drawings to ensure practicality and manufacturability.
• Liaise with suppliers to guarantee projects meet specifications.
• Assist with project tracking, documentation and occasional site visits.
• Act as the internal point of contact for all engineering‑related queries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Building Services, MEP or related mechanical engineering discipline.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.

• Familiarity with mechanical installation requirements
