About the role
Our client, a leading distributor, is seeking a Technical Field Sales Engineer to expand its customer base and convert new business across England. You will work both on‑site with end users and in the Aylesbury office, providing technical guidance and product demonstrations.
Key responsibilities
- Grow existing client relationships and acquire new customers.
- Demonstrate technical equipment and tools at customer sites.
- Travel across England, spending at least two days per week in the field.
- Support the office team for three days each week, handling reporting and data entry.
- Maintain accurate sales reports using Excel.
Required profile
- Previous account management experience.
- Background in engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong technical aptitude for on‑site product demonstrations.
- Computer literate with solid Excel skills.
