Technical Lead – Python & React

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development and delivery of a growing SaaS platform. The role blends technical leadership, software engineering and team mentorship, allowing you to shape product direction and engineering culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable SaaS solutions using Python and React.
• Own the technical roadmap, ensuring high‑quality architecture and code standards.
• Mentor and guide a development team, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure and database operations.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with proven leadership experience.
• Advanced Python development skills (FastAPI experience desirable).
• Experience with SQL, cloud platforms, CI/CD and building scalable systems.
• Familiarity with React and TypeScript is advantageous.
• Background in SaaS, cybersecurity or data‑driven platforms is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Must hold, or be eligible for, SC Clearance.
