Technical Operator – Night Shift (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Operator to join our night‑shift manufacturing team in Petersfield. Working the 11 pm‑7 am shift, you will support assembly equipment on the shop floor, ensuring high‑quality production and maximum uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out machine change‑overs efficiently and in line with standard procedures.
• Act as the first responder to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing issues and communicating them to the relevant teams.
• Monitor equipment performance, make adjustments to optimise output and support preventive maintenance activities.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with GMP, safety and QA standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA and wider production teams on continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to handle manual loads up to 20 kg.
• Desire to contribute to safety, quality and operational excellence.
