About the role

Join a fast‑growing independent wealth management firm in Cheltenham, supporting high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients with complex financial planning. As a Technical Paraplanner you will work on high‑value cases, helping advisers deliver bespoke, compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate Suitability Reports across pensions, investments, tax‑efficient strategies and estate planning.
• Conduct detailed research and analysis to support bespoke client solutions.
• Liaise with product providers and third parties to gather precise information.
• Assist advisers in delivering complex financial advice for portfolios up to £15 million.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Progression towards Chartered Financial Planner status (desirable).
• Proven experience as a paraplanner within a wealth‑management or IFA environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning and estate planning.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
