Technical Process Operator – CO Extraction

About the role

ADM’s Totally Natural Solutions division is seeking a motivated Technical Process Operator to run specialist CO extraction equipment that produces high‑quality hop extracts for the food and beverage sector. The role is hands‑on, safety‑focused and integral to daily production.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and clean two CO extraction machines and associated plant.
• Label, pack and complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to support food‑safety compliance.
• Support waste‑reduction initiatives and report any accidents, near‑misses or equipment damage.
• Follow HACCP procedures, SOPs and ISO food‑quality standards (FSSC22000, ISO 9001).

Required profile

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Combined Science or Chemistry, Maths and English.
• Enthusiastic, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with strong aromas, varying temperatures and industrial machinery.
