Technical Product Manager - Digital Platforms & Integration

About the role

We are looking for a forward‑thinking Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of our digital platforms and integration layer. Based in Epsom with a hybrid schedule, you will act as the strategic bridge between business, internal solution architects and external software vendors, shaping the roadmap for roughly 20 key applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for a suite of customer‑facing mobile platforms and integration channels.
• Partner with outsourced software vendors and internal architects to translate commercial requirements into high‑performance technical solutions.
• Champion Agile practices, managing product backlogs, sprint planning and delivery against both strategic projects and BAU enhancements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Regional IT to align technical features with broader business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for team growth and future leadership, potentially expanding into line‑management or matrix roles.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing product backlogs and platform lifecycles within Agile frameworks.
• Demonstrated success directing external vendors and solution‑architecture partners.
• Adaptable background – enterprise, fintech, software vendor or high‑growth environments.
• Ability to balance fast‑paced production support with long‑term strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
