Technical Project Architect - Existing Buildings

About the role

An award-winning architecture and design consultancy is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician or Technical Architect to join its Development Consultancy team in London. The role focuses on existing buildings and requires strong technical expertise in Revit and RIBA Stages 3 and 4.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical drawing packages.
• Lead detailed design and technical delivery.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and best practice.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine project designs.

Required profile

• At least 2 years' experience producing technical drawing packages.
• Passion for working on existing buildings and refurbishments.
• Team-oriented approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Expert-level Revit, with experience in RIBA Stages 3 and 4.
• Strong technical detailing skills.
• Solid understanding of UK building regulations.
