Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company expanding internationally, looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex client and partner integrations. The role is customer‑facing, working closely with Engineering, Product, Commercial and Customer Success to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of customer and partner integration projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Product, Commercial and external partners.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops, kick‑offs and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide technical oversight across API and platform integrations.
• Support pre‑sales activities and solution discussions when required.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience delivering enterprise technology projects within a SaaS or software business.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Strong technical understanding of APIs.
• Knowledge of system architecture and integration concepts.
