Technical Sales Administrator – Customer & Parts Support

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Administrator to join our engineering team in Flitwick. You will act as the bridge between customers, engineers and suppliers, ensuring parts enquiries are answered quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Identify required parts using technical drawings, exploded diagrams and catalogues.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations.
• Process web‑shop and direct orders, liaising with suppliers for pricing and availability.
• Follow up quotations to convert them into confirmed orders.
• Maintain records in internal systems and Excel.
• Support the web shop with product listings and pricing updates.
• Assist with stock management and annual stock takes.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing technical sales or parts support role.
• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and parts manuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and proactive approach.
