Technical Sales Advisor – Electrical Products

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to join a well‑established electrical manufacturing and distribution business in Warrington. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing technical advice, quotations and support for a specialist range of industrial electrical products.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to technical enquiries from wholesalers, contractors, OEMs and industrial customers.
• Prepare accurate quotations and process orders.
• Deliver product advice and technical sales support across UK and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to stay updated on product specifications.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability with high attention to detail.
• Proven experience in delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Good ICT proficiency and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Aptitude for learning technical specifications and product knowledge quickly.
