Technical Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to join our Pipe and Climate Centre team in Brimsdown. You will combine technical product knowledge with strong sales skills to support our trade customers and grow new business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales advice and technical guidance to customers via phone and email.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Proactively generate new business through outbound sales calls.
• Collaborate closely with the external sales team.

Required profile

• Experience working at a trade counter or front‑facing role.
• Proven background in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and confidence when interacting with customers.
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
