Technical Sales Consultant – Minor Repairs

About the role

Stannah Management Services is looking for a Technical Sales Consultant to join its Maintenance and Repair Division in Glasgow. The role focuses on generating quotations and securing orders for minor lift repair opportunities across the existing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure sales opportunities for minor repairs and equipment upgrades by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, delivering accurate and timely quotes, proposals and follow‑ups.
• Record all activities – leads, quotations, meeting notes and outcomes – using Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
• Promote safety, quality and the Stannah brand while travelling occasionally within the service area.

Required profile

• GCSE English grade C or above.
• Previous lift experience is preferred.
• Proven sales or business‑development experience in a busy office environment.
• Target‑driven with a strong focus on customer‑service excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact across all organisational levels.
