Technical Sales Engineer – ECU/TCU Tuning Equipment (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to promote our cutting‑edge ECU and TCU tuning equipment for the Power Sports market. The position is remote‑first, based in Letchworth, and offers frequent travel to high‑profile racing events across Europe and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute new sales strategies in collaboration with the development and management teams.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities at Power Sports expos, drag‑racing, power‑boat and Dakar‑buggy events.
• Lead the growth of the sales team, mentoring junior reps and driving new‑business generation.
• Maintain regular communication with senior management to align sales targets with product road‑maps.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a closely related field.
• Strong passion for Power Sports and willingness to travel extensively.
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPI’s and build high‑performing teams.
