Technical Sales Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our Logicool team, part of the Wolseley Group. Based in Swadlincote, this field‑based position will focus on driving sustainable sales growth for air‑conditioning and heat‑pump solutions across the South of England.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC and heat‑pump products.
• Grow existing accounts to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Conduct 8–12 customer meetings per week, where feasible.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive engagement.
• Produce accurate monthly sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales or technical sales role.
• Technical aptitude or experience within the HVAC/heat‑pump industry.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays.
