Technical Sales Engineer (Soft Starters / Motor Control)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support for soft starters, motor control and motor protection solutions. You will work closely with customers, distributors and the internal sales team to deliver tailored technical advice and ensure successful product implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers and distributors with product selection, commissioning guidance and troubleshooting.
• Respond promptly to technical enquiries, maintaining high standards of service.
• Develop and deliver technical training for external and internal stakeholders.
• Create and review application guides, case studies and product literature.
• Provide technical input for website content, product launches and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and industrial applications.
• Experience in industrial automation, motor control, drives or motor protection.
