Technical Sales Manager - Embedded

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Technical Sales Manager to grow our Embedded Computing business across sectors such as Defence/MOD, aerospace and medical technology. The role combines strong technical knowledge with proven sales expertise to deliver tailored solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities in embedded computing.
• Drive design‑in projects to generate long‑term revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales and ensure profitable outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to keep the offering competitive.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.

Required profile

• Degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Electronics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace or related).
• Proven sales experience in Embedded Computing, boards & systems, IoT, AI or display solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• UK passport and a valid driving licence (required for MOD contracts).
