Technical Sales Manager, Engineering Services

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead the sales of high‑performance engineering services across the South of England. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will shape the commercial direction of a company with over fifty years of experience in precision engineering for automotive, aerospace and marine sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline for engineering services in the South of England.
• Build and maintain relationships with R&D engineers and technical decision‑makers.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings to propose suitable solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility.

Required profile

• Proven technical sales experience in precision tooling or related manufacturing processes.
• Ability to communicate confidently with engineering teams and gain immediate credibility.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills; comfortable working autonomously.
• Proactive mindset, disciplined approach and high integrity.

What we offer

• Basic salary circa £55,000 – £57,500, dependent on experience.
