Technical Sales Support & Project Coordinator

About the role

This isn't your typical sales support position. It blends project coordination, technical support, customer management and problem‑solving. After a deal is secured, you will own the smooth execution of every behind‑the‑scenes activity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment installations and mobilisation projects across the UK.
• Conduct site surveys to assess customer requirements and installation suitability.
• Produce installation drawings using AutoCAD Light.
• Manage multiple installations and timelines simultaneously.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, engineers, transport providers and internal teams.
• Monitor equipment orders from purchase through delivery and installation.
• Arrange installation schedules, equipment deliveries and customer training.
• Support the Sales team with technical and pricing queries.
• Manage refurbishment projects and monitor equipment stock levels.
• Ensure all project documentation, certificates and customer sign‑offs are completed correctly.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and business systems.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reporting.
• Lead complex installations and act as project coordinator throughout the process.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Light and ability to create basic technical drawings.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
