Technical Support Consultant – Digital Payments

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join a global technology organisation’s Digital Payments team. The role is hybrid (office based on Tuesday‑Thursday) on an initial 12‑month contract, offering exposure to payment solutions across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of digital payment products.
• Investigate and resolve technical queries from partners and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot payment and card‑related issues.
• Assist with testing and identify issues across payment journeys.
• Document problems and work with technical teams to implement fixes.
• Improve processes and automate manual tasks using technology and AI tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in technical support, fintech, banking, payments or technology operations.
• Basic understanding of payment ecosystems (card payments, authorisation, settlement).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable working with technical teams.
