Technical Support – Electronics (Woking)

About the role

Join a dynamic electronics business in Woking as a Technical Support Engineer. You will work on‑site, supporting customers from the UK scientific research community and assisting the sales team with technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team by preparing quotations and handling pre‑ and post‑sales enquiries.
• Assist in the manufacturing process, including product assembly and soldering.
• Communicate with customers via email and provide technical recommendations.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and product demonstrations.

Required profile

• Eager to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to identify customer problems and propose solutions.
• Good time‑management, independent and self‑starting.
• Strong computer and project‑management abilities, including MS Office.
• Team‑oriented and willing to help across different business areas.

Required skills
