Technical Support Engineer (Graduate/Entry-Level)

About the role

We are seeking a recent graduate or early‑career professional to join a leading European engineering and environmental instrumentation company as a Technical Support Engineer. The role offers hands‑on experience with state‑of‑the‑art noise, vibration and air‑quality measurement systems while supporting a diverse client base across aerospace, automotive, rail and audio sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical assistance via phone, email and remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on measurement and analysis equipment.
• Configure, pre‑commission and calibrate instruments prior to shipment.
• Assist customers with on‑site and remote setup, training and calibration of equipment.
• Produce and maintain user guides, technical documentation and troubleshooting material.
• Support firmware and software updates while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Travel to customer sites for demonstrations and installations as required.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Acoustical, Audio, Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering, or comparable technical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Willingness to travel and work both remotely and on‑site.
