Technical Support Engineer (Low Voltage / Electrical)

About the role

This position offers the chance to become the go‑to technical expert for low‑voltage electrical solutions within a global manufacturer of critical power and data‑centre products. You will work from an office in Stevenage, providing remote support to customers and UK sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote technical assistance via telephone, email and support tools.
• Liaise with customers and internal sales teams to resolve issues.
• Provide technical training and troubleshooting for low‑voltage electrical products.
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of the low‑voltage electrical industry.
• Motivation to develop expertise through structured training.
