About the role

Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to service engineers and customers, including fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Handle warranty issues and respond to technical queries.
- Coordinate and support service engineers across the business.
Required profile
- Engineering background in plant, heavy equipment, cranes or similar machinery.
- Motivation to move into a technical support or advisor role.
- Ability to commute to Biggleswade, South East England.
Required skills
- Fault finding and technical troubleshooting.
- Warranty handling and issue resolution.
