Technical Support Executive – German Speaker

About the role

As a Technical Support Executive you will join Awin’s Technical Services team to help top brands integrate onto the affiliate network. You will act as the bridge between client marketing and technical teams, ensuring our tracking solution is implemented accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed technical integration support for new clients launching onto the network.
• Deliver clear technical guidance and act as the primary point of contact for integration queries.
• Identify and isolate setup errors quickly, offering practical solutions.
• Negotiate and handle objections for non‑standard configurations.
• Contribute to monthly integration targets and incentive schemes.
• Review peer work for technical sign‑off and maintain quality standards.
• Report and escalate platform bugs or issues.
• Maintain and update internal and external knowledge bases.
• Deliver training to colleagues on new features and processes.
• Test new developments and feature releases.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German (C1+).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to process adherence and continuous improvement.
