About the role
As a Technical Support Specialist I, you will be the first friendly voice for English‑ and French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt and courteous assistance across phone, email, chat, and web forums. You will help users navigate our wellness‑technology platform, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a smooth experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality technical support to English and French customers via phone, email, chat, and forums.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic product issues, documenting each interaction.
- Educate customers on platform features and best practices.
- Follow internal knowledge‑base processes and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Obtain Level 1 Technical Support Certification and continue skill development.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call‑center experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in French; additional Italian or Spanish is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, empathetic and confident on phone and email.
- Curious, solution‑focused, and able to ask insightful questions.
- Comfortable multitasking across browsers, email platforms, and support tools.
