Technical Talent Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Talent Partner to lead technical recruiting for Intermedia’s AI‑powered Intelligent Communications platform, supporting growth across the UK and Portugal while working in a hybrid model with one day per week in our Bristol office.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic talent partner supporting technical recruiting in the UK and Portugal, with flexibility to assist global needs.
• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, DevOps, product and AI‑adjacent roles.
• Develop deep understanding of Intermedia’s AI‑enabled products and cloud technologies to attract top talent.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI‑assisted tools, direct sourcing, referrals and market mapping.
• Build and maintain a high‑volume pipeline of technical candidates across multiple geographies.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to provide data‑driven insights, workforce planning and interview best practices.
• Track, analyze and optimize recruiting metrics with AI‑enabled analytics to ensure quality, speed and scalability.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑7 years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS, cloud communications, UCaaS or AI‑enabled environments.
• Proven ability to source, assess and close senior technical talent using AI‑driven tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with senior leaders and technical hiring managers.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting hiring goals and metrics.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth and ambiguous environment.
