Technical Wealth Planning Administrator – Junior Paraplanner

About the role

This position is with a fast‑growing wealth management practice in London, offering a hybrid working model. The role blends high‑level administrative support with technical wealth‑planning tasks, providing a clear pathway towards a junior paraplanner career.

Key responsibilities

• Produce suitability reports, client correspondence and recommendation documentation.
• Prepare quotations, illustrations, valuations and other technical documentation.
• Process new business accurately and efficiently in line with FCA and company standards.
• Provide administrative and technical support to advisers throughout the advice process.

Required profile

• Experience working within an SJP practice, IFA or wealth‑management environment.
• Ambition to progress towards a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or similar qualifications.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with wealth‑planning documentation and reporting.
