Technician Improver

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Vehicle Technician to join our workshop team at the Crawley dealership. You will be responsible for servicing and repairing a wide range of Stellantis brand vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on customer vehicles.
• Carry out MOT inspections and certify vehicles that meet legal requirements.
• Identify faults using diagnostic equipment and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve workshop targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Relevant automotive qualification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site at the Crawley dealership.
• Commitment to continuous learning and upskilling.

Required skills

• MOT qualification.
• Vehicle servicing and repair techniques.
