Technology Consultant – Private Equity & VC

About the role

We are seeking a Technology Consultant to support private equity and venture capital investors in evaluating and improving the technology assets of portfolio companies. The role is ideal for candidates with 1‑3 years of experience who want to deepen their expertise in technology strategy, AI, cybersecurity and digital transformation while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand and assess their technology estates, including applications, infrastructure and people capabilities.
• Conduct audits of governance, code quality, best‑practice adherence and risk exposure.
• Provide actionable recommendations and support the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Participate throughout the client lifecycle, from pre‑sales engagements to delivery of consulting services.
• Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to clients’ business growth through technology‑focused insights.
• Support continuous improvement of internal processes and delivery methodologies.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional experience in technology consulting, IT due diligence or related fields.
• Strong English language and business writing skills, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Interest in private equity, venture capital and technology‑enabled businesses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating client‑ready presentations.
