Technology Infrastructure Manager

About the role

Join the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales as a Technology Infrastructure Manager, leading the design, delivery and support of core technology platforms. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with business units to ensure performance, availability and security across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an infrastructure roadmap aligned with ICAEW’s strategic objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing infrastructure team.
• Maintain high availability and optimal performance of systems, networks and cloud services.
• Oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet architectural standards and quality criteria.
• Guarantee compliance with security, regulatory and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale infrastructure environments.
• Strong background in budgeting, vendor management and team leadership.
• Solid understanding of ITIL service‑delivery processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
