About the role
The Technology Operations Delivery Manager will coordinate IT delivery for new store openings, refreshes, and closures across the UK and EU, ensuring seamless transition to support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all IT elements for new stores, including documentation, supplier liaison, and kit ordering.
- Oversee risk, issue, and action management, escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate continuous improvement within the new store opening team.
- Communicate regularly with stores and stakeholders, and transition stores to Tech support.
- Maintain store CAPEX, ensure deadlines are met, and audit job sign‑off documentation.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritisation and time‑management.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and solve problems in an IT environment.
- Customer‑service ethos with a “can do” mentality.
- Flexible approach to supporting a dynamic, growing business.
